PREMIER NORTH BUILDERS SOLARTEC SDN BHD (742874-K) was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1965 on 2nd August 2006.
PNB is a company with long history in specialized on design & build of steel structural and metal roofing systems for many landmark projects throughout Northern and Central Region of Malaysia, like St. Regis Langkawi, Intel Penang PG14, University Malaysia Perlis, Bintang Power Plants in Selama Perak, Kementerian Dalam Negeri Head Quarter Langkawi and etc. With yearly production & fabrication capacity of 6,000 Tonnes.
In the year 2017, we incorporated Solar Photovoltaic (PV) System design and build services into our services range, as part of our effort on global environmental salvation and preservation movement. With our expertise in design & build of steel structural systems, we are strongly & highly confident to propose Safe and Save solution to our client, including the inspection, survey, and checking on the existing building structures and design, to ensure the propose structural solutions and Solar PV system is SAFE (in term of structural design, with accurate structures & services loading considerations) & is MOST COST EFFICIENT to the client, to achieve the Best ROI (Return of Investment) for our clients.

MR. PHILLZ MAH - B.Eng. Hons. (Civil)
Mr. Phillz Mah is the Managing Director of the company. He has over 22 years of experience in construction industry and Solar Photovoltaic (PV) System. He has been involved in design & build of mega steel structure system and Solar Photovoltaic (PV) System, and project management for infrastructure and development projects. Some of his projects reference :
I) Design & build Sky Garden steel structure for St. Regis Langkawi, Kedah, Malaysia.
ii) Design & build Stadium Pavilion and other buildings Mega Steel Structure works for University Malaysia Perlis, Kangar, Perlis, Malaysia.
iii) Fabricate & construct of Bintang Power Plant & Kerian Power Plant, at Selama, Perak, Malaysia.
iv) Cadangan Membina Dan Menyiapkan Kerja-Kerja Infrastruktur Utama Di Seksyen 4, Bandar Utama Batang Kali, Daerah Hulu Selangor Darul Ehsan.
v) Cadangan Membina, Menyiapkan dan Menyelenggara Persimpangan Trumpet Di New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Sebahagian Jalan MOO3, Underpass 1, Underpass 2 Dan Kerja-Kerja Berkaitan Di Pusat Bandar Sungai Buluh Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
vi) Cadangan Membina 95 Unit Rumah Teres 2 Tingkat Di Fasa 4 A, Taman Sutera, Mukin Pulai, Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim.

MR. H. H. HO
Mr. H. H. Ho is the Project Director of the company. He has over 20 years of project management experience in construction industry. He has been involved in various building main construction projects. He is highly skilled in construction management, and highly experience in solving technical issues.
